After graduating Magna Cum Laude from St. Louis University with a Bachelors in Biology, Dr.
Agra went on to complete his medical degree at Wright State University. He served as Chief
Resident for Mt. Carmel West Hospital in Internal Medicine.
After practicing Internal Medicine privately, Dr. Agra began a Nephrology Fellowship at The
Ohio State University. Upon completion, he went into private practice where he has
remained in the Central Ohio area.
A Cleveland native, Dr. Agra also worked with Amigos de las Americas volunteering in
Mexico and Paraguay where he learned to fluently speak and write Spanish.
Dr. Agra demonstrates a genuine compassion for his patients. He is attentive to their
physical symptoms and correlates a comprehensive plan of care directly with his patient.

Tani Olmos, F-CNP
After earning her BS in Biology from Kenyon State University, cum laude, Tani turned her
interest to nursing. She worked in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Mt. Carmel West while
earning her earning her Masters in Science from the Ohio State University College of
Nursing.
Tani worked in the ICU setting for five years while completing her education. This
experience gave her a strong foundation with advanced patient care. During her Clinical
Rotation for the Ohio State University, Tani worked with Dr. Agra and developed advanced
Nephrology training and an interest in working with kidney diseases and disorders.
Tani provides a caring bedside manner and works directly with Dr. Agra to establish the
best plan of care for each of her patients.
